I know Gabrielle wanted excitement, but it was still dangerous and could've lead to her death. What was Xena thinking?

It was Gabrielle's choice. She was injured many times, died, kidnapped, husband died, gabdrag, and she still chose to go with Xena. What was Gabrielle thinking is the real question.

Now, let us put that aside. This was the show's synopsis. That's what it was about among other things, Xena and Gabrielle travelling together. The idea for storytelling is to have struggles, tragedies, happy times, love, hate, the list goes on. I agree with the person that said it's not a documentary, it's a tv show. That's the answer.

I know, but it sounded risky. The pilot has xena try to resist yet continues on.

Still its a good show. Love it
