I don't get it!

ok, I get she is his descendant, what I don't get is why he wanted to kill her. I mean, he wasn't a bad guy until he was tortured and killed, so why kill his family? I'm confused-can anyone elaborate?

She was pregnant as well and I think if Candyman killed them they would be immortal like him.

he wants to be with his family so one by one he hunted them down and persued them until they had nothing left to live for . after surrendering to him they would die and the whole family would be toghether but annie surrendered and died after she had carolyn so the chain is carried on

For one the first movie sucked. Second explained Candyman and brought more to his story. 3rd *beep* that. Big piece of crap.
