One of my all time favorite

guilty pleasure movies. I watch this all the time, I'm probably up to 75 views about now. Seems like people either love it or hate it, doesn't seem like it has an in between. The soundtrack, all 3 of them, are excellent, the clothing / wardrobes they all wear in this are great and the chemistry between all the actors is what makes the movie. When I watch it it makes me feel like I'm in high school again which seems like what they were trying to do. It's so outrageous it's great. I wish I could find the Reusch jacket that Lord Nikon is wearing at the party and the JVC jacket that Curtis is wearing at the party, complete 90's nostalgia right there. Kate's leather Susuki jacket she's wearing is great too.

I was gonna write a post about how I watch this every year or so and I just did one today. I remember renting this on VHS and rewinding for the side boob with a group of boys at a sleepover. It takes me back to the good old days yet I notice new stuff everytime. It's like a fine wine better with each year. The fashion, the soundtrack, some of the lines... the goofiness is magical tho it is really a time capsule of the time it was made. Cheers to hackers!

I agree, it's a lot like an 80s movie to me as well. I don't know how some people can't like this movie, it's pure fun.
