the scene where David and Christina are dancing, the record they put on is an orchestral version of "But Not For Me" which was written by George and Ira Gershwin for their show "Girl Crazy". in 1930.

The story takes place in 1928 though I thought?

I can't find where anyone can submit anachronisms and goofs, so I just have to put it here I guess. If I am wrong on when this movie takes place do let me know?

Any other anachronisms noticed?

I have always thought it was anachronistic myself... I thought the song was too new for the date of the movie! I'm glad someone else said so too
