I don't remember him being mentioned in the sequels or anywhere else, and she merges with it in the end and becomes a little girl and the film ends rather ominously yet nothing happens?? And why rebuild her as a litytle girl?
shareI have only seen the second movie (Innocence). There it seems like she "lives" in the net and takes over several different bodies when contacting or helping Batou. As far as I know Stand Alone Complex and the other series and movies are not sequels to this movie but separate interpretations of the same manga.
As for her body. Batou got her new body from the black market because he wanted to keep it at secret that she survived. He simply couldn't find anything better than that body.
