Grace Santiago arrests Don Patterson?

Let me get this straight... she arrests Don Patterson for... doing something he was authorised to do, yet she knew that Charlie and John hijacked the money train but let them walk free? I know they were friends but jeez, doubled standards much?

I seriously doubt he has the authority kill a bunch of innocent people.

Would running somebody over with a car be ok too just because it wasn't the intention of the act? Absolutely terrible logic to think with.

She only had to distract him so they could get away.. nothing said the charges would stick or that she actually had the authority.. However, based on his actions, there probably would be repercussions; he was warned that his orders would kill people...

He Deliberatley put citizens lives in danger.

That's why he was arrested
