I saw this movie thinking... WOW! Tess Trueheart can ACT! Seeings of how she's usually a mediocre actress in everything I've seen her in. But she was WONDERFUL in this. How come she didn't get an Oscar nod atleast for Best Supporting Actress? Richard Dreyfuss totally deserved his Best Actor nod as I've always enjoyed his films. Eh... you can't win them all.

Yeah, she hasn't been my favorite. Kinda liked her in Mortal Thoughts; well cast. Loved her in this one. I'd like to see her do more.

She was excellent in Lonesome Dove. In fact, I've liked her in everything I've seen her in. I think she's a terrific actress.

She's very good and underrated.
