Will there be a new DVD or Blu-Ray?

Does anyone know when or if there'll be a re-release of this movie on DVD (or better, Blu-Ray)? I have the original DVD, which came out right around the beginning of the format, before the studios made 16:9 anamorphic transfers the standard. Consequently, I have a 2.35:1 frame letterboxed in a *4:3* frame, rather than a 16:9 frame. Therefore, when I want to watch it on my 16:9 HDTV, I have to select the "Zoom" mode for proper viewing, which muddies it up a bit. I'd really like a Blu-Ray, but if that's not in the works, I'd at least like an anamorphic (made for 16:9 TV's) DVD.

IMDB's poster for the movie seems to indicate a new MGM DVD release, but I can't find out anything on Amazon.com or MGM's website about it. Does anyone know about this release? Is it real? Is it anamorphic?
