I wouldnt mind paying to see a sequel to this one.

They should make another Tales movie period.

From what I understand there was originally supposed to be three Crypt movies, but the failure of Bordello squashed any possible third film.

It's a shame too because I really liked Knight. I was dissappointed in Bordello. Well, dissappointed in everything but Dennis Miller's performance.

Wow, I had completely forgotten about "Ritual." So, did they just end up showing it without the Crypt Keeper scenes, passing it off as an unrelated film?

Ritual has nothing to do with Crypt Keeper because of the flop of Bordello Of Blood Universal gave Miramax the rights and Miramax took everything out of the Crypt Keeper.

Not really:

Originally intended to be produced by Universal as the third installment of a trilogy of Tales From The Crypt movies by plans were scrapped after Bordello of Blood bombed in theaters.

Miramax purchased the rights from Universal and removed all references to the “Tales From The Crypt” franchise so that it could be released as a stand alone movie.
