Those secreenshots aer taken from this movie. Who are those two in the photos?

The man is Tim Guinee who played Rady. The woman played his wife; I'm not sure who the actress is. In the movie they are shown early on when Serling interviews him, and at the end at the White House when Karen posthumously gets the medal of honor. You have one screen shot from each of those scenes.
He was interviewed first by Serling and didn't have a lot to say because he was the one knocked unconscious (and paralyzed) by the crash. That's also why he is not in the other flashbacks. When we finally see what really happened at the end, Monfriez wanted to bail out but Karen said, "we're not leaving Rady". She saved his life but lost her own in the process.
