Villain revealed too early
James Caan was good as the villain. He played a corrupt and ruthless Federal Marshall who was out for himself. I wish that he was revealed to be a baddie later on in the movie. Very early on, you see that he was Arnie's mentor in the Wit Sec programme. He tells John Kruger/ Arnie that he's the best. The look that he gives Kruger when he leaves the room says it all. We the audience know , what Kruger doesn't. This man is dirty.
