did the president turn L.A. into an island?
in the intro, they say that the president predicts that LA will be swept by earthquakes and the all of sudden it happens. I'm thinking that the president used the weapon to turn LA into an Island, to further his agenda.
it goes with the theme of mistrust and lies in the government. also shows that maybe snake was right to use it in the end.
