the 500k
I know it's a minor detail and I was 17 when this first came out. I have watched many times over the years but then I was wondering now that I know a little more. When Roy won the 500k,he would have to pay tax on those earnings. Yet he gave it all away. Roy probably never even filed a tax return but considering how broke he was, he probably never got to marginal tax rate to begin with.
