Anyone here see this documentary on the life and death of Michael Collins? It's very good, and gives the name of the man who shot Collins: Denis "Sonny" O'Neill

Actually experts and historians are NOT positive it was O'Neill, they can only say as far as all likelyhood it was. It's not as black and white as say...Lincoln and Booth or RFK and Surhan Surhan

Yeah great documentary but I have to agree with ^^^. There's no evidence to prove O'Neill was the man. There are so many conspiracy theories bouncing around that it's hard to know. My favourite is that Collins was shot by DeValera himself and O'Neills name was used as a cover.

Good guys may not finish last but they sure as sh*t don't finish first!
