Encore channel showing miniseries

The original airing on ABC was 3 parts. Encore is only airing 2 parts. Why? Did they edit down the miniseries into 2 parts? Doesn't seem like it though cause each is only 1hr 35 min.

If you have Encore On Demand all 3 parts are there.
