The Taco Stand
There's a quick scene of disheveled Nicolas scarfing a taco in Mexico right before he boards the bus. Since it had likely been a while (maybe days) since he'd eaten, makes me think that taco tasted better than any of the very expensive meals he'd had his whole life.
Hunger makes the best sauce.
