If Gattaca is Fascist…then does that mean the Fascists have done something right? Given the very high standard of living in the world of Gattaca. The clean and safe streets, the high tech world, the absence of abject poverty and other socio economic ills.

The perfect race and eugenics was a big part of nazi Germany. In this film they touch on the concept constantly.

Fascism is meritocratic as opposed to socialism which strives for equality/equity etc through government meddling.
