VERY similar plots in many ways, both very funny, and both with Jason Bernard.

'All Of Me' is hysterical! "How dare you say 'penis' to a dead person!" Might be the best line in cinema history.

It's not very similar at all.

Also, 'All of Me' is not that funny, but 'Liar, Liar' is.
