So good up until the ending. Is there a zero star rating?

*Spoiler*
Gosh, it was so enjoyable up until like the last 30 minutes. I have so many problems with it I almost never want to watch an anime again..
Ok so after the forest god saves the dudes life, he goes and sides & saves the humans who killed the same forest god. Then everything is hunky-dory? ha, no. That's a dumb morale of the story. Second, the same ungrateful fool that helped those wicked humans convinces Sen, who was the only human standing up for the forest, to help those evil humans that killed: Sen's mother, the forest spirit, and the Boar God. That is such a horrible ending, I'd rather allow my kids to watch a Disney movie and never this just on the morale aspect of this and maybe subconsciously.
To summarize, All spirits that helped the guy live and survive, died for the sake of trying to save the forest god. And the guy ended up helping the people that killed them all in the end. Even turning the one human that stood for the forest this whole time, to help the killers? Wows lol, pretty trashy ending.
My recommendation, watch Spirited Away. A much better movie compared to this. This movie had a good begging ad middle, but the ending and the message of it is horrible. Basically the humans just said, we'll build a better village this time around. What the hell is that supposed to mean. That all these gods and spirits died for the sake of killers, theifs, and money loving, destructive humans to just say something like that? The least that could've happened was an eye for an eye. What makes human life more important then other forms of life. *beep* ending. Please excuse my French.
Never watching this again, never going to allow my children to watch it, and I will argue with anyone who thinks this is good. Waste of 2 hours of my life.

You Cleary didn't understand this movie at all, if you didn't like it just get over it, and move on no need to bitch about it to the people who actually enjoy it.

You wasted 2 hours of your life watching this, but think of the time that you took to write this, that's also just a waste of time

Ps.learn to get the freaking character names right.

No. There is no zero-star rating. Any other questions?

The moral was to see with eyes unclouded by hate. Ashitaka learns to do that. Even towards the more "villainous" characters.

It's not about nature conquering humans or vice versa. It was about a balance. Harmony.

Seize the moment, 'cause tomorrow you might be dead.
