I had heard about it and wanted to see it, for about a week. I wanted to see it, cause of Stephen King, and I like vampire movies. Then I finally got to see it...
And, I changed the channel about half way through it, cause it was so damn stupid, and boring.
Please, don't waste your time on this movie.

really, really crap movie. hackneyed, 2-dimensional characters, a paper-thin plot that makes absolutely no sense, totally over-the-top blood and gore and not a single even vaguely scary moment. For some reason directors seem to feel compelled to make a movie of everything Stephen King's ever written; ok The Shining is one of the best horror movies ever made, and I liked Tommyknockers and Thinner too, but the rest of them? It, Carrie, and for christ's sake, Cujo? Come on!

Carrie (the seventies version, anyway) is probably one of the best King movies ever made, and holds up pretty well especially considering how old it is.

I found it pretty weak as well. The whole airplane story is original but also quite silly, there are few scares and overall the film is kinda boring.
Boycott movies that involve real animal violence! (and their directors too)

Agreed because i was disappointed as you were 15 years prior when you watched this movie. I loved the short story written by my dear friend Stephen. Vampire on a private plane that goes across the country at night time especially when it is raining? Awesome premise. Actually i loved the environment that my dear friend Stephen depicted in his short story, similar to the great environment that he made in his other short story named "The Langoliers." His world environments are so awesome, like a pleasant dream, even if it is a dystopian nightmare scenario as in "The Stand," it is still awesome. Awesome. Awesome!
