DIRECTOR'S CUT ?

Anyone know the differences between the U.S. DVD and the U.K. Director's Cut DVD? By differences I don't mean aspect ratio, sound etc. I am referring to what the differences in the film version are such as alterante takes, removed/added scenes, more/less violence... So, anyone know?
