Umm no. I've been wondering myself and it's definitely not Mellisa Ford dirty dancing in the blue dress. Whoever said that was confused with the T.V. series which Mellisa Ford appeared in.

The Girl in the Blue Dress was a local Chicago girl named Michelle, she used to be a stripper in the Chicago area and appeared in a couple music videos by Crucial Conflict and Luke (from 2 Live Crew) not sure why she didn't get credit for that part in the movie...no idea of her current whereabouts.
