Cyborg sounds

Is it me, or have the cyborg/robot/creature sounds been used a lot in various different movies?
Its a good set of sounds...pretty creepy, shrill, hurst the ears and makes you uncomfortable...
Sounds kinda like a pig squeal!

Yep, in Stargate SG-1, in Aliens I think, yep, it has been used ALOT...

Hey aliens does'nt use the up for grab sounds*atleast not too much*
They just recycle the noises over and over again.

the most memorable is actually ed-209 from robocop its the actual sound wav i think
