One of the most obnoxious movies ever made.

It's like watching one of those '80s Hong Kong movies - begins and ends with spectacular action but with lots of mixed bag comedy in between.

This makes no sense...please tell us why you think its the most obnoxious movie ever made.

I love this movie, I like the cheeky humor

Often cited as being ironically titled as the film was not hit at the box office. As someone else alluded to, the film is largely a screwball comedy (Similar to the film 'The Whole Nine Yards' two years later) sandwiched in between an action packed opening & final act. I think that probably contributed to the film's underperformance as it was marketed as a straight action film. The 1990 Bruce Willis film Hudson Hawk even more so had this problem. Overall though I actually liked this movie as a kid and still enjoy it for what it is. I think it deserved a better reception than it did & I'm surprised that it never developed any sort of cult status over the years, instead remaining a largely forgotten failure.
