I just watched this for the first time, and had me hooked from the very first scene. When I get to this site I see it only has only a tad more than 13,000 votes and a 5.8. It needs a higher score and more recognition. It had a great script and characters you actually cared about.

I agree. It's one of my alltime favourite feel good movies. When you manage to get past the awkward first 10 minutes .... it's a pure joy ride!!!!!

I saw this movie when it first came out, and I still think it's hilarious.
shareif you take it for what it is, it is a great movie. Just don't expect it to be a serious action movie.
I love it, it just looks like everybody making it had lots and lots of fun.
