In my book it's a classic.

I thought the hip-hop and exaggerated action scenes were funny but most of the other stuff was pretty uninspired/ didn't fit in with the aforementioned scenes. I mean, how can you find the dark humour to be funny when you don't care about the characters or the father of Melvin's girlfriend to be outrageous funny when everything else is so ridiculous? So, I wouldn't say it was a classic.
