In one of the clubs who/what was the two Asian girls singing. Tue girl were dressed in school uniforms and fought Blade after the scene

Those two oriental girls singing to the song did not fight Blade after that scene. What in the world made you think you saw that?

They are the musical group, Bang Wa Cherry, and are accompanied by DJ June on turntables. The song itself is called "Chin Chin".
