Best Sandler movie?
Excluding some of his rare serious work, I think this film has the most heart and great humor rather than his typical poop and weird voices Routine.

I agree. Judging Wedding Singer just against other Adam Sandler movies it is probably one of his best. I recently went back and watched this and felt like it wasn't as good as I remembered it. It did have some really funny scenes that made me laugh but overall I didn't think it was that good. Definitely not horrible and annoying like some of his later movies.

shareI would say this is his best movie. Happy Gilmore might have the highest rating of his classic movies, but this is just the better film imo. Happy Gilmore is funnier, but Wedding Singer is more sentimental and charming. The chemistry between Sandler and Barrymore was outstanding. The details of the 80s and period piece elements deserve to be commended as well. The soundtrack was great and the direction was done well. It offers the better movie experience.
But it's very debatable.
