Most of them are my guilty-pleasures!
I think Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones are underrated, the latter being more so.

shareA lot of people say Revenge of the Sith is the only good prequel but that's because its built on the foundation of I and II. If they started first with III it wouldn't have as much emotional weight.
shareI think ROTS is the better of the prequels, but still a poor to mediocre movie. Cast better, and with improved dialog, it could have been a starting point for a trilogy. ROTS was built on the first Star Wars movie. The pieces it took from the other two prequels were its weakest elements. It needed to tie up the garbage created by those films.
