Obi Wan fight with Jango, hands would have got free
Jango shoots that rope around his hand. And with tension, ya he would wrapped up. Yet later in the fight when Obi knocks him off the ship, he was running at him. There was no tension on the rope. No reason to have hands wrapped up.
