Good question, I have never thought about it.
shareHe grew up at Aunt Beru and Uncle Lars, who was Shmis Stepson. I assume he will talked about her, he knew her much better as Anakin anyway. It is just doubtable that he knew about the gang rape and how she died. For a kid it was already scary enough when they warned him about the Tusken and that they killed his grand ma.
