Seriously though, it has to be one of the worst films ever made.

It's one of the best "so bad it's good movies" ever made. #1 on my list. The unintentional comedy in this movie is hysterically brilliant. Samurai Cop deserves 10/10 for providing so much entertainment.

I agree. Samurai Cop exists in the same realm of ultimate B-Movie pantheon as Troll 2, The Wicker Man remake, and The Room.

I am debating how to rate this as I know it's one of the worst movies i've seen technically, but I enjoyed almost every second of it. I see it has alot of 10 ratings for probably the same reasons as mine.
