The Concert...
Anyone remember the episode, I think it was a mini-movie or something but it aired alot on Nickelodeon back in the day where the raccoons put on a concert in the middle of the forest and of course their enemy is trying to deny them any fun that could be had but he's defeated constantly by Bert and company?
I really can't understand why this one is the one I remember the most from this series.
