When I think about this show, the episode I remember most had something about the dog ending up in the bad guy's plane and going back to their base, I remember the dog looking out the window scared-like, I think a song might have played during that scene, maybe Running with the Night by Lionel Richie.
I also remember an episode involving a jigsaw puzzle....
am I remembering these correctly or is my time-warn memory confusing this show with another?
The one with the dog (Schaeffer) in the bad guys' plane is most likely the two-part special that preceded the series, "The Raccoons and the Lost Star."
I'm not sure about the jigsaw puzzle one.
The jigsaw puzzle episode is "The Chips Are Down," where Cyril Sneer sets up a contest to boost sales of his potato chips, where you have to assemble a puzzle with pieces found in the bags, and you win an awesome bike (but there is no way to get the last piece, so you keep on buying the chips). Bert becomes obsessed/addicted in the process.
