Okay my favorite scene is definitely the whole hospital scene after Coop missed his shot a homerun to save Joey's life. I laughed my ass off the whole time when they were trying to save the kid's life. Especially when they started speaking in a Scottish accent, "I love ya...always have." My favorite is the beginning of that hospital scene where they think Joey has died. I still laugh at that to this day.

~ ~ ~ I've got so many that it's hard to pick! I got the pre screen videotape (YES, I am that old!) that the company sends out to promote when the film may not be well received, especially in smaller markets. The Journey psych out, the Squeak Rottie scenes, the real life Cartman/Trey Parker psych out ..and the long wanger skit are probably my favorites!
I've seen this flick about 100 plus times.. it's far better IMO than any parody style films (for lack of a better term), even Airplane or the Python films!
However .. the "Monty Python Parrot Skit" takes all!

When the sports announcers are going through all of the options for the playoffs ending in a sack race held on consecutive Sundays until a winner is crowned.
The song on the radio when Coop is driving.
Baxter Cane lines to Jenny McCarthy.. "Why don't you come by my office.. and maybe we can lay some carpet.. if you know what I mean" A few scenes later she actually is laying carpet... then the "buff my lobby" and "trailer hitch" gags were hysterical.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar actually being in Baxter's museum.
Joey's day with The Beers also hysterical.

The Unsolved Mysteries part with Robert Stack.

And when Stack loses his composure gushing over Coop, and they have to throw a glass of water in his face. All of it was so random. Kills me every time.
When Squeak is moving into their place and Coop and Remer are making fun of him and Squeak goes, "If you guys bag on me 13 or 14 more times, I'm out of here!" Love that line.
