No. Angus T. Jones plays Jake in Two and a Half Men. Trevor Einhorn played Joey in this movie.

Also, Trevor Einhorn was about 8 or 9 when this movie was being filmed. Angus T. Jones was about 4 or 5 at the time. However, the kid who played Joey appeared on Frasier as his son a few times.
