The Matrix is one of my favourite movies, yes it has it's problems, but so do all movies. Predator (the original) is also a great movie. So why hasn't anyone done a crossover of these two franchises?

That would be a strange combination. Alien vs Predator worked because the combination was straightforward and easy.
What would the plot be like for this? Predator coming to earth to hunt either the machines or the Zion humans?
I was thinking more a parody where the predators were being used by the machines instead of the agents, however I would watch your idea. I couldn't think of a more worthy adversary/prey for the predators than the entire machine world, well maybe the borg, but I don't think Star Trek vs Predator would work.

I dont dislike Predator but its just a fun cheap action movie. It cannot touch the original Matrix movie at all.
Also I dont get how such a crossover would even work.
