or take the morning after pill? or does the baby get born the same night because it's satan's baby? i mean just get pregnant. when satan leaves in the morning, take the pill.

I don't think he would have left, or she certainly wouldn't have been left alone, in theory there was still an army of followers. She probably would have been taken somewhere and chained/bound so she couldn't do harm to herself or the baby. And it also could have been some accelerated pregnancy deal too.
