Not a bad movie but that moment in the alleyway confused me.
They were in his sleeves. When he put his hands behind the back of his hands you can see that he slips them in their opposing sleeve, then most likely draws them from there.
The gun I was curious to know where it came from was the machine gun in the end! Arnold just seemed to have one close by in case he needed to blow *beep* up, it appears out of nowhere. It was awesome though.
