Unrated version?

So, I just rented this on DVD, and haven't watched it yet.
But on the back of the DVD, it says at the bottom, "UNRATED DIRECTOR'S CUT FOR MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY. CONTAINS GRAPHIC VIOLENCE, NUDITY, ADULT LANGUAGE, AND ADULT SITUATIONS."
But then I shifted my eyes at the corner, and it says, "Ages 13 & up."

So, I'm confused. Do I have the unrated version or the original?

In the version I just watched there's quite a bit of nudity, and a staged rape scene. If there's no nudity you DEFINITELY got a different version.
