Leo tapping into the Avatar collective and weakening them
How come every-time Leo used his Avatar powers or they had to reverse time with him, he was weakening the collective? Cole used their powers to go back in time and that had no effect on the collective. Unless Coles trip was the reason for the Avatars barely having enough powers to implement their eutopia
