this was tense!
For a while there I didn't know if James would win!
But then he did, and all is right with the world again. 😄

You are ahead of me. Tonight it's on in an hour forty-five from now. That guy has ice in his veins.
Don't tell me if he hit $2 Million. I won't even read it.
Sure, I won't.
Sorry for the spoiler.
Haha. I'm one of those rare types who doesn't whine about "spoilers." I like Jeopardy but had gotten out of the habit of watching (hockey season) and mostly missed this Holhauzer phenomenon. Finally I started watching the last couple eps, and when Alex said he was approaching $2M I was impressed. From what I recall, Jeopardy isn't a big payout machine (which is a subject unto itself), so I realized this guy has been on for I don't know how many days. I think the Jennings affair broke new ground so I heard a lot about it. I thought maybe JH had finally been unthroned but he's still there.
So mostly I was just replying to your comment, and not complaining about a spoiler.
It's been 26 games.
I really hope he beats Jennings' record.
Yeah, it was intense. Nate was the best challenger to James thus far since Adam from a few weeks ago.
shareI really hope he beats the record. I have never cared much for Ken Jennings. Unfortunately, due to the way the show is filmed nowadays, it's a lot harder for a returning champion to stay on top of his or her game for extended games.
shareI hope so too. If he wins like 100 games, no one will ever come close. What a legacy that would be!
I never saw Jennings on the show though, somewhat before my time - but I am rooting for James.
