I feel like it would have been a much smoother and enjoyable ending. I think it would have been rewarding for the characters and those invested in the Jackie/Hyde relationship. I don't know why they had to make the last season so ridiculous and add so many new people.
shareI would've preferred if Hyde and Jackie had stayed together. As a couple they made good sense and the whole ending of their relationship wasn't handled very well, storywise.

Jackie and Hyde belonged together, some way/some how. Just seemed like those 2 were kind of adrift and on their own, and should have naturally gravitated towards each other.

I agree - strange, when you consider in life, Kunis and Kutchner had the real romance - but somehow, there was an on-screen chemistry between Steven and Jackie that worked really well and they were each good for each other's character. Steven made Jackie less materialistic and Jackie made Steven feel loved.
