The size of the diamond ring
I HATED how much they all made fun of the size of the diamond. First of all, when we originally saw the ring, many times, in season 5, it was a decent sized diamond. Second of all, he's a HIGH SCHOOL KID! The fact that he can buy a diamond at all is pretty damn impressive! And thirdly, friends joking is one thing, but DONNA actually saying "it could have been bigger" ... she doesn't deserve Eric. Everyone acts like she's way too good for him, but I think he's too good for her.
