Is this the most homoerotic war film ever?

I was just coming to post that same thing. I thought the relationship between Bozz and Paxton could just as easily have gone farther than friends.

Probably - considering that it's the only one I know of made by a gay director!
Anyone who doesn't see the homo-eroticism of this film is either in self-denial or blind.
But then, put Colin Farrel in ANY film - with his shirt(or more) off - and it will automatically be homoerotic! He is just stunning! :0)

As a graduate of 19D Cavalry Scout school, I have to agree with the assessment that this movie is homoerotic. If you put guys in an all male environment long enough, the homoeroticism is going to happen. The sad part here is that the men were able to be around women on the weekends, yet STILL managed to act homo with each other.
