Talk about lousy acting..
The so called Haitian/ Jamaicans ( doesn't matter cause they're pieces ofS hit anyway) but their acting was horrible. Captain Howard could've done a better accent. And the way Marcus acts in the movie,( wants to talk, no violence,a afraid of rats in front of bad guys) anyway he'd be in front of the station house psych doctor in a heartbeat. Or he'd be signed to a desk immediately.
