Crowe was writing for Rolling Stone at 15, and toured with the Allman Brothers at 16.

I didn't know that.

I wonder if he lose his virginity like the guy in the movie and how much the fiction band Stillwater is similar to Allman Brothers.

Yeah, a lot of dramatic elements based on real-life accounts (not necessarily Crowe's life personally).
