...that FBI guy came busted in and told the cops that "no one gives a **** about GTA."

This line was funny because when I was in theatres and this scene happened my brain went from "turned off mode" to "turn on mode" and ruined the movie for me. This movie was god awful, and that scene depicted why.

I guess you're just not a car guy. Some people think they are just tools to get from A to B. If someone stole my pride-and-joy, stringing them up is too nice a punishment.

He only really said that because the villain was wanted for much more heinous crimes, such as murder, than grand theft auto which was just one of the many things he was guilty of.
