Donny was able to buy the names and addresses for 20 'ladies' from the DMV. How is that legal? Seems like this was a normal thing this clerk did and there was a line and a form and everything.

I think you submit what kind of car you are looking to buy and they give you one, if there is one, in the area. That's how I interpreted it anyway. Of course, it seemed kind of silly when they had a computer expert who could have hacked in and found the info for free.
