I don't know what you mean about the gas station - maybe you didn't understand it? The father of the 2 boys saw the bus with 'rehab' written on it, and judged Eddie and looked down on him which is why he hurried the boys away. He saw that Eddie was in rehab and didn't want the boys associating with him. Nothing weird about it at all. Very self-explanatory.

shareI agree to your reply. I don't think the father was whisking the away on judgment. I honestly think he saw that he was on rehab and he didn't want to explain to his son that his idol, role model has an addiction problem.
